CAREER NAVIGATORS (Mums@Work Singapore)
PME Females who have left the work force for a period of time, hoping to return to work and be integrated back into an executive/ managerial position.
Companies which are keen to tap on a pool of returning female talent with work experience and a strong ability to succeed on a career path that they are rejoining.
Based on the needs of the company, returning female talents will be shortlisted for the Career Re:Launch Programme. The target audience would be PMEs with a few years of work experience, wanting to rejoin the workforce in executive, managerial roles.
Each intake allows the participant to take up training refresher modules. Over the 12 weeks, each participant takes on the duties of an actual full-time job function.
The programme includes intermittent reintegration training throughout the trial period, coupled with specific goals for performance review and learning assessment milestones. Together with a mentorship network and a peer support group, the programme is designed for the returning female talent to reintegrate seamlessly back into the workforce.
