About the programme
The Career Re:Launch Programme (CRP) is a paid programme and runs for a period of between 12 & 16 weeks. The Programme encompasses on-the-job refresher experience, classroom training/activities, a specially tailored mentoring programme, and networking opportunities.
Each programme participant will take on the duties of an actual full-time job function, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities which are challenging and will provide a sense of job satisfaction upon completion.
At the start of the Programme, participants will go through a 3 - 5 day onboarding programme to get them up to speed on the latest trending topics across industries. Additionally, participants can look forward to a slew of bite-sized training modules covering Technology, Business and Change Management topics which will aid them into easing back to work.
Each participant will be paired with a mentor from the existing team which she will be joining. Besides buddying up with the participant for day-to-day requirements, the mentor also plays an instrumental role in helping the participant integrate with the existing team and navigate and network across the wider organizational community.
Throughout the Programme, there will be regular check-ins with the participants to ensure that their journey through the Programme is smooth and that they can learn from one another’s sharing of experiences.
Depending on the performance of the participant and the business needs, successful completion of the Programme may lead to a permanent job offer (including contract roles).
