About the programme
The JumpStart Programme is a paid programme and runs for a period of between 8 weeks. The Programme encompasses on-the-job refresher experience, classroom training/activities and basic support for review & assessmet.
Each programme participant will take on the duties of an actual full-time job function, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities which are challenging and will provide a sense of job satisfaction upon completion.
At the start of the Programme, participants will go through a condensed half-day onboarding programme to get them up to speed on the latest trending topics across industries. On the 1st day of work, a programme manager will be assigned to be present to ensure that the 8-weeks work-trial starts off with clear goals. Reverse mentorship will be introduced.
Throughout the 8 weeks, there will be regular check-ins with the participants to ensure that their journey through the Programme is smooth and that they can learn from one another’s sharing of experiences.
Depending on the performance of the participant and the business needs, successful completion of the Programme may lead to a permanent job offer (including contract roles).
Beyond the 8 weeks, employers are required to provide an additional 4 weeks of training (Not linked to JSP) to the participant. Training can be in various forms that encourage reintegration and support stronger team-work cohesiveness.

Reverse Mentorship Basics
For every run, employers will source for their own candidates via their own recruitment channels.
jThe selected candidate(s) will join the JumpStart Programme (JSP), which runs every month. During the entire JSP, each participant will be assigned to the employer-firm which they have successfully been recruited into.
Each successful candidate is sponsored for the JSP by the company that they have successfully applied for.
On the 1st Monday of every month, a half-day workshop with selected training will be conducted at JSP's training venue. All other activities will be carried out on an individual basis at the employer's office premises. (unless otherwise stated), with an assigned programme manager present for mid-term and end-term review.
In the event that Employers require our support to source for a suitable job candidate, jobs* will be listed on our website. Candidates are then invited to apply for a specific position (submitting their resume & application form). Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview with the employers. After the interview process, employers will register the candidate for the upcoming JSP run.
